Start From a Scratch

To begin a project, all we need is a quick sketch. The sketch does not need to be complicated or to scale. We only need a schematic of your layout that shows where rooms will be located on the floor plan and how many square feet you want your new home to be.

First Draft Plans

We will provide only floor plan in your first draft. We start with the floor plan to make sure to get room sizes and the total square footage. you can still make floor plan edits on the second and third revisions.

Floor Plan Design

We always start with the floor plan. Floor plan design is the heart and soul of our business. We have many stock floor plan design for every possible square footage. You can also combine features from several of our floor plan design to make one ultra custom design for your new home project.

Plan Revisions

Nobody is perfect who can design the plan in very first draft, So, we offer 3 revisions with every project so that the home owner and or builder has the opportunity to shape the design and function of the house plans. We ask our clients to red line or mark up each revision that we provide to them.

Exterior Designs

Once floor plan is finalized, we will start the process on exterior elevation which include all details such as wall material, roof type and roof material. We can also design exterior according to different area styles.

Final Construction Plans

Your final construction plans are what you will be taking to the building department to get a construction permit. You will be very comfortable with the design and look of your plans. You will get the final files of Construction floor plan, elevations, roof plan and site plan(Optional).
